After a 20+ year career working in USA and Canada in world-class multinational corporations, accounting firms, financial institutions, and more than one of the global leader banks in Canada. Effat Toumas founded A4P corporation to bring his expertise to help small businesses owners in his local community.
As a designated Professional Business Accountant of Ontario, Effat also holds B.Comm Major in accounting. Over the last 15 years, he has held several positions as a senior financial consultant within top financial institutions. Also, in several bank as a team leader to help the finance departments in business process improvements, government compliance, financial and project reporting, accounting and tax reporting.
Effat’s extensive experience with Small Business accounting includes:
- Financial statements preparation and analysis
- Auditing for non for profit organizations
- Accounting system implementation and setup
- Tax filing and CRA settlements
In his spare time, Effat loves spending quality time with his family, including his three children and wife Marian Basta, a chartered professional accountant and honor achiever passing of the professional corporate tax examination.
